What is Verified by Eurobots?
Buying an industrial robot from a remote seller is a leap of faith: you wire money for a six-figure machine that's still sitting in someone else's workshop. Verified by Eurobots is the program we built to make that leap smaller.
A Verified Seller has been through identity verification, has had at least one machine technically inspected, and has agreed to our buyer-protection terms. The program is launching with the marketplace itself — no sellers have completed the process yet, so you will not see the Verified badge on any listing today.
How verification works

Apply
Send us your company details, VAT number, references and a description of the machines you sell. Application is free.

Identity & business check
We verify your legal entity, ownership and reputation through public registries and industry references. Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days.

Technical inspection
A Eurobots-approved technician inspects your robots on site or via supervised video, checks documentation, run-hours and condition declarations.

Badge & ongoing review
Once approved, your listings carry the Verified badge. The status is reviewed yearly and revoked if standards drop.
What we verify
Identity
Legal entity, VAT and beneficial ownership confirmed against public registries. No anonymous sellers.
Technical condition
Independent inspection of run-hours, mechanical wear, controller state and documentation accuracy on listed machines.
Honest descriptions
Verified sellers agree to a written accuracy standard for spec sheets, age, condition grade and included accessories.
Transaction safety
Verified sellers offer documented warranty terms and accept Eurobots-mediated inspection on delivery for buyers who request it.
Frequently asked questions
Do any sellers carry the Verified badge today?
Not yet. The program is launching together with the marketplace. We are accepting applications now and the first Verified sellers will appear during the first months after launch.
Is it mandatory to be Verified to sell on Eurobots?
No. The marketplace is open to any legitimate seller of industrial robots. Verified status is an optional layer of trust, free to apply for and visible as a badge on listings.
How much does it cost to become a Verified Seller?
Application and identity verification are free at launch. The technical inspection cost depends on travel and number of machines — quoted on a case-by-case basis. Verified status itself does not cost a recurring fee in the first year.
What happens if a Verified Seller misbehaves?
Buyers can report issues directly to Eurobots. We investigate, request remediation, and revoke Verified status if standards are not restored. Revocation is visible publicly on the seller profile.
I'm a buyer — how does Verified protect me?
On a Verified listing you know the seller's legal identity has been confirmed, the machine has been independently inspected, and there is a documented warranty. You can also request a Eurobots-mediated inspection on delivery.
